What is FBC program ?

Fleet Business Center has 2 main programs that run throughout the year. The program consists of an Acquisition program and a Retention program. The objective of the Acquisition program is to introduce Ford Motor Indonesia in general, and Fleet Business Center particularly, and to get as many new customers as possible. This program includes the sponsorship activities such as Golf Tournament, Organization gathering such IABC and AmCham.

As for the Retention Program, the objective is to increase customer loyalty towards Ford Motor Indonesia. With this program FBC try to maintain the customer satisfaction yet to establish customer existence in Ford Motor Indonesia through the services and privileges given towards them. This program includes Fleet Business Loyalty Program, release InFord newsletter, update information through FBC Intro, Provide training to our customers, Fleet gathering, etc.
